    Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Janet Leamon at treasurer@shrmchattanooga.com and will be accepted up to Monday, September 2, 2019.  Cancellations are subject to a 5% Cancellation Fee.  After September 2, 2019, cancellations cannot be accepted; however, substitutions can be made in writing through Wednesday, September 11, 2019.
